Be a Light - or Luminaria* - for Ionadh

IONADH'S STORY

In the fall of 2023, a starving, pregnant mustang mare named Joey was adopted by Sky Mountain Wild. She gave birth to her colt in the summer of 2024. We named him Ionadh, Celtic for wonder and surprise. We welcomed this dun-colored foal with much joy, nicknaming him Jack Pot. He’ll never know the kind of trauma endured by the rest of his band before they arrived at Sky Mountain Wild.

Ionadh’s entire life is sanctuary where he’ll roam free forever with his family band. Together, we’ll watch him grow up as a wild horse should. Thank you for making his forever freedom possible.
